Terms and Conditions

MOC CREATIVE ORG LLC (“We”) is the owner and general organizer of the festival “MOC FEST 2024”, held in Tashkent at the location HUMO ARENA from 23 to 25 August (the “Event”).

The terms and conditions of your admission to and participation in the Event are governed by these terms and conditions of public offer. By purchasing tickets (“Ticket”) to the Event, you accept these terms and conditions of the Event.

  • You must present a valid Ticket to gain access to the Event.

  • In addition to these terms and conditions, you should read the rules of the FAQ section of www.mocfest.uz.

  • Tickets can either be printed or, in the case of electronic tickets, displayed on your cell phone.

  • All Tickets will be checked and scanned at the door. It is your responsibility to check your Ticket to know the date and time of the Event.

  • Once your ticket has been scanned, you will be given a wristband at the validation point that must be worn on all days of the festival.

  • You must wear the wristband at all times while at the Event. We reserve the right to conduct wristband checks at any time at the Event. Damaged wristbands may be invalidated.

  • About age restrictions:

– Children under 12 are admitted free of charge, accompanied by an adult

– admission for persons with disabilities of groups I and II – admission is free of charge

– for those under 18, entrance only if accompanied by an adult.

  • The following restrictions will apply to attendance at the Event, and violation of any of them may result in your being denied admission or expelled from the Event without refund:

  • jumping into the crowd and aggressive behavior is prohibited;

  • bringing alcohol with you is prohibited;

  • no glass bottles;

  • no fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, explosives, firearms, knives, blades; or any other item that can be used as a weapon or missile or that may, in our reasonable opinion, endanger or inconvenience visitors to the venue (whether or not such item is illegal or being transported for a specific purpose);

  • no sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials;

  • no unauthorized professional photography or videotaping.

  • We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items. Any person found in possession of a prohibited item will be denied admission to the Event without refund. Such person may also be prosecuted under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  • We reserve the right to pass your details to the relevant authorities if we believe that an offense or criminal act has occurred.

  • We have a strict zero-tolerance drug policy. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused admission, removed from the Event without refund, and may be subject to criminal prosecution.

  • No vending or other commercial activity, including marketing, advertising or flyposting is permitted at the Event without our prior written consent.

  • We recommend that you check the weather forecast well in advance of the Event and ensure that you are prepared for the predicted conditions with suitable clothing and footwear. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your personal property under any circumstances.

  • There will be video and photographic footage at the Event, which may include you, either accidentally or intentionally, and which may be distributed (commercially or otherwise) without payment. By participating in the Event, you consent to such filming.

  • We have a designated welfare and medical area at the Event, if for any reason you or anyone else feels unwell, please notify the volunteers or organizers immediately.

  • A participant in the Event may be excluded from the Event (and will be reported to law enforcement) if in our reasonable judgment such participant poses a threat to the safety of any attendee and/or may affect the comfort of other attendees/participants. Examples include being (or appearing to be) under the influence of alcohol, incapacity, severe intoxication or illegal drugs, being underage, abusive behavior, threats, anti-social behavior, carrying weapons or illegal substances, refusing to be searched, failing to comply with the reasonable instructions of the Event organizers, or violating any of these Terms and Conditions. If such person is ejected from the Event or refused entry to the Event, such person will not be entitled to a refund and will not be allowed re-entry on another Ticket, no matter how purchased or obtained. In addition, such person will be placed on our blacklist and will not be allowed entry to other Events.

  • You may be exposed to loud music, smoke and/or strobe lighting during the Event. Please note that prolonged exposure to loud music can cause hearing damage. We strongly encourage all participants to take any precautions they deem necessary.

  • By purchasing a Ticket you acknowledge and agree that any personal data about you shall be collected and stored following the data protection laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and our Privacy Policy at www.mocfest.uz.

  • You attend the Event at your own risk. We and our affiliates will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred at the Event, including damage, theft, or loss of property.

  • We shall have the right to review and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and publish a new version on the Event website. By continuing to use the website/visiting the Event, you agree to be bound by the amended Event Terms.

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and any disputes arising in connection therewith shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
