MOCFEST is an international youth festival of art and creativity. It is a single multimedia event that unites all kinds of art and the entire creative community in a large location in the city center. It is a celebration of love and freedom that, like a whirlwind, absorbs festivals of music, art, performance, food, technology, sports, and ecology.

the festival will take place over three days — August 23, 24, and 25, at the Humo Arena — Beshyogʻoch koʻchasi, 28B — Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

the musical program will feature many outstanding artists from around the world, Central Asia, and Uzbekistan.

the festival will also feature many activities and initiatives, including:

  • art objects and installations: visitors can enjoy unique works of art displayed throughout the arena.
  • food festival: the best restaurants and cafes will showcase their skills, treating guests to exquisite dishes from local and international cuisines.
  • market: a bazaar of various local eco and handmade brands, including jewelry, accessories, clothing, souvenirs, and everything a modern consumer might desire.
  • workshops for adults and children, carnival activities and performances, sports mini-games, and more.

the ticket gives access to the festival grounds for all three days. you will need to receive a bracelet at the entrance to Humo Arena by showing the ticket to the staff. after receiving the bracelet, you can freely pass through security to the festival grounds, showing the bracelet at each entry. the bracelet will be valid only on the festival days, from 5:00 PM on August 23 to 11:00 PM on August 25.

– children under 12 years old — free entry;

– for people with disabilities of groups I and II — free entry;

minors are allowed only if accompanied by an adult.

there will be a catering zone at the festival grounds. you can expect a variety of festival food, fast food, healthy eating, and much more.

Humo Arena has parking for over 1,000 cars.

bringing own alcohol is strictly prohibited.

security at the festival will be provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard, and festival staff responsible for safety. additionally, there will be a medical station and fire safety on site. all personnel receive safety training.

organizers are not responsible for the safety of your personal belongings.

any aggressive behavior will result in the visitor being removed from the festival grounds and included in the blacklist.
