inspired by the concept of perpetual motion, we see every work of art as an element capable of endlessly inspiring and generating new creative ideas. thus, the theme of the festival calls for synergy between individual works, which together form a harmonious metaverse, like links in a perpetual motion machine, where each link feeds the next and the next… and so on ad infinitum.

we encourage each participant to indulge their imagination and contribute to this grand experiment in the fusion of arts, which will become not only a reflection of their personality and vision of the world, but also an eternal source of inspiration for us all.

this is an evening festival, it is important to consider how your work will look at night, how it will be lit, and how it will work with the viewer. we are for preserving our environment and want you to share our views and try to use materials and recyclables that are not harmful to nature.
